Follow-up reminders

Review link delivery (e.g., Google Business Profile review link)

Basic reporting and monitoring (where applicable)

3. Business Customers Only (B2B)

The Services are intended for business customers only. By using the Services, you confirm you are acting on behalf of a business entity and have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Setup, Access & Client Responsibilities

To deliver the Services, you may need to provide:

Your business name, contact details, and review links

Access to relevant tools (e.g., CRM/automation platform, messaging provider, email sending domain)

Customer contact lists (only where you have a legal basis to use them)

You are responsible for:

Ensuring you have the right and legal basis to contact your customers (including consent where required)

Ensuring compliance with applicable marketing and communication laws

Reviewing and approving message templates before launch (if requested)

EAS AI is not responsible for missing consent, unlawful contact lists, or client misuse of the system.

5. Subscriptions, Billing & Payments

EAS AI may offer:

Monthly subscription plans

One-time setup fees

One-time project or consulting fees

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance

Setup fees are billed as stated in the invoice or proposal

5.1 Late Payments

If payment is overdue, we may pause or suspend the Services until payment is received.

6. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing:

All payments are non-refundable, including subscription fees, setup fees, and project fees.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

Send spam or unlawful communications

Mislead customers or impersonate others

Engage in harassment, abuse, or fraudulent activity

Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the Services

You are responsible for all messages sent through your account.

8. Review & Platform Compliance

You agree not to use the Services to:

Incentivize reviews in ways that violate platform policies

Post fake reviews or manipulate ratings

Pressure customers into leaving positive reviews only

You remain responsible for compliance with Google policies and any platform rules.

9. No Guaranteed Results

EAS AI does not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to:

Number of reviews collected

Star rating improvements

Increased revenue, leads, or bookings

Results depend on customer behavior, industry, offer quality, and business operations.

10. Third-Party Platforms

The Services may rely on third-party providers (e.g., messaging/SMS providers, email providers, CRM tools, hosting, payment processors). EAS AI is not responsible for outages, limitations, pricing changes, or service disruptions caused by third parties.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EAS AI disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

EAS AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

EAS AI is not liable for lost revenue, lost profits, lost reviews, or missed business opportunities

EAS AI’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you to EAS AI in the last 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim

13. Termination & Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Unless otherwise agreed, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

You breach these Terms

Payment is overdue

We are required to do so by law or for security reasons

Termination does not remove payment obligations already incurred.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be handled by Norwegian courts unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
